An employee network group providing inclusive and welcoming spaces for people with disabilities, including long-term health conditions, mental health conditions and neurodivergence. We advocate for accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities by holding educational events and acting as the voice of employees to inform wider organisational inclusion strategy.

An employee resource group for Black colleagues to network, advance their professional and personal development, share experiences and celebrate diversity. We aim to build an inclusive environment that supports and encourages Black colleagues to thrive, acting as a sounding board for meaningful change within Ascential.

An employee resource group designed to support women to achieve their full potential professionally and personally. Our aim is to empower, inspire, and connect at all levels of the organisation. We seek to achieve this by promoting equity, facilitating opportunities for learning and development, influencing company policies and celebrating achievements. Empower Women’s Network is open to all genders.

An employee resource group with three goals; Create a safe, open, and inclusive space for all LGBTQ+ members of global Ascential, where everyone can have their gender, race or sexual orientation not only accepted, but celebrated. Educate allies across Ascential to develop a working environment that's focused on promoting and celebrating diversity and treating all people with respect and fairness. Build a community through events, activations and fundraising to help grow the Ascential Pride network regionally and globally.
